This tranquil open space which borders the River Wey incorporates a rich variety of wildlife habitats with wetland marsh at its core. Fen, reedbeds, marsh, ditches, streams and pools dominate, whilst woodlands of willow, alder, hawthorn and oak provide height and shelter.
A boardwalk provides all year round access through the wet meadow.
