Beaulieu is a vibrant new development in Chelmsford bringing together inspiring architecture and landscaping. A wide variety of green open spaces have already been and are being created, ranging from formal parks such as The Great Park, The Heath and the linear park The Chase, along with a number of pocket parks, community gardens and attractive street planting. It is also home to New Hall School, which was formerly King Henry VIII’s Tudor palace, and its estate parkland .

Wildlife Gardening

We are hoping to run a Wildlife Gardening course which will help you to adopt wildlife friendly methods of cultivating and growing, and also encourgage involvement in our community garden. Dates are still to be confirmed.

Wildlife Identification Skills Course

his Green Angels course is led by Essex Wildlife Trust and is a wonderful opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people and connect with nature and your local area. No experience is necessary and participants must be aged 18 or over. Refreshments will be provided. The course will cover the following topics: Tree identification Habitats for wildlife Invertebrates, sweep netting, identification techniques Identification of fungi
